Pastoral Care and Discipline
• All members of staff are involved in the pastoral care of the pupils, under the overall direction of the Headteacher.
• We expect high standards of behaviour from the children and courtesy and respect from each other at all times.
• The school does not accept bullying or fighting.
• If a child’s behaviour becomes detrimental to the education and welfare of other children, fixed term or permanent exclusion will be considered.
• Parents/carers are informed at an early stage if a child’s behaviour is a cause for concern, and joint action taken to resolve the problem.
• Any concerns on the part of the parents/carers must be brought to the attention of school immediately so that they can be dealt with.
